Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain). Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub.

What you will do

• Manage daily office operations, maintenance, security, and workplace services to ensure a 7-star experience.
• Lead low to medium complexity fit-out projects and optimize space and meeting room configurations.
• Collaborate with TechOps for AV/IT infrastructure and the Community team for internal events and engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks, including budget control, invoice processing, and purchase order tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Manage front desk coverage, including incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in managing office spaces or services.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona office.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Experience managing maintenance and security services (preferred).
