Location: On-site in Barcelona, must be based within commuting distance of hubs. Relocation support available to hubs.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations including maintenance, security, gardening, and workplace services for reliable office functionality.
• Coordinate building/security systems repairs and support low-to-medium complexity fit-out projects.
• Optimize space management and meeting rooms for daily needs and events.
• Collaborate with TechOps on AV/IT infrastructure and with Community team on internal events.
• Handle Zendesk tickets, office resources, administrative tasks, and budget control.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, maintain documentation, and support sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written/verbal communication.
• Experience in office spaces or services.
• Passion for workplace experiences, operational expertise, attention to detail, people-first mindset.
• Extreme ownership and 'get things done' attitude.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Experience managing maintenance and security services (preferred).
