What you will do

• Manage office operations including relationships with facilities, maintenance, and cleaning services.
• Optimize workplace processes by setting policies, managing inventory, and ensuring health/safety compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for office needs and foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate logistical projects like office moves, layout changes, and expansions.
• Drive internal culture through team gatherings, meetings, and social events.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance on operational projects.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written/spoken); Catalan a plus.
• Relevant experience in Office Management, HR, or similar operational role in fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills for vendors, budgets, tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and people-first attitude.
