What you will do
- Execute high-quality service administration for CSO area to field force stakeholders.
- Ensure timely stakeholder involvement for satisfactory back-office administration.
- Manage master data for work centers.
- Handle internal order management and follow-up.
- Execute end-to-end intercompany billing for service engineers across markets.
- Apply global standards, processes, and local requirements in service administration.
- Participate in continuous improvement and best practices implementation.
- Support local logistics for tools/templates and travel arrangements for service engineers.
- Provide knowledge transfer support.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in administration or support function.
- SAP knowledge.
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Pro-active and open-minded personality.
Nice to have
- Portuguese language knowledge.
- Experience in sales or key account management.
