What you will do

• Analyze feature requests, validate them, and translate into clear technical requirements aligned with product goals
• Collaborate with other teams for integration and reliable delivery
• Define technical approaches, align timelines with project managers
• Oversee design/development of backend/frontend components and architectural consistency
• Conduct code reviews, hiring interviews, 1:1s, performance reviews, and support team growth
• Work with DevOps on release processes and CI/CD

Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Strong command of Russian is required
• 6+ years in backend development
• 2+ years as Tech Lead or Engineering Manager (architecture, team motivation, growth)
• Strong communication for cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, network protocols, full SDLC
• Strong Go backend skills, APIs, microservices
• Experience with CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), relational/non-relational DBs
