What you will do

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for IP and analog video systems for federal customers.
• Configure and support industry-standard networking and camera equipment.
• Diagnose, reproduce, and analyze system issues using structured troubleshooting methodologies.
• Oversee Tier 2 engineering efforts and develop technical documentation and training materials.
• Communicate technical briefings and participate in working sessions with leadership and field personnel.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with video surveillance (IP-based and analog) and security camera systems.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPNs, NAT, VLANs, and firewall rules.
• Expertise in IP addressing and network troubleshooting.
