Salary: $104,300–$193,700

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants for secure and stable operations, monitor service health, coordinate incident response, and produce RCA documentation.
• Deploy and configure AI capabilities like Microsoft 365 Copilot, manage governance controls for feature access, permissions, and compliance.
• Configure identity and access controls including Conditional Access, MFA, Entra ID RBAC, and PIM for least privilege enforcement.
• Govern collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for sharing, storage, external access, and app permissions.
• Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Architecture teams to ensure AI readiness, data protection, and audit support.
• Identify automation opportunities using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and reporting tools while tracking AI feature differences between environments.

Requirements

• 3–7 years’ experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with Commercial and/or GCC High tenants (GCCH strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive administration, and Microsoft Purview
• Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI features at tenant level

Nice to have

• Experience with GCC High tenants
• AI feature deployment in regulated environments
