What you will do
- Play OneState, record gameplay, and identify highlights, funny moments, fails, unexpected twists, and story-driven situations.
- Edit three to five vertical short-form videos per week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Use fast cuts, dynamic pacing, strong opening hooks, captions, subtitles, emojis, stickers, sound effects, and music according to brand guidelines.
- Adapt videos to each platform’s format, duration, and publishing requirements.
- Analyze retention, clickability, and engagement metrics, then adjust the content approach when performance is weak.
- Track gaming video trends, propose new content ideas, and test formats such as series, memes, character edits, and challenges.
Requirements
- Portfolio of short-form video content, such as Reels, TikToks, or Shorts; gaming-related work or a personal channel is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
- Active-player-level understanding of gaming culture, humor, and the pace of online games.
- Ability to independently find engaging gameplay content and consistently deliver three to five quality videos per week.
- Basic skills in audio editing, color correction, captions, and simple motion elements.
- Native Russian language required.
Nice to have
- Experience creating content for Instagram Gaming, TikTok Gaming, or gaming brands.
- Hands-on experience with AI video production tools such as Runway, Kling, or similar.
