What you will do

• Lead the vision, tone, and publishing cadence for the hirify.global2 channel.
• Partner with main-channel production leads to identify compelling arcs during shoots and post-production.
• Ensure BTS content supports the broader ecosystem, including social channels and brand partnerships.
• Use YouTube and social analytics to identify high-engagement formats and iterate quickly.
• Build organizational systems for footage management, post-workflows, and publishing calendars.
• Transform spontaneous moments and creative chaos into polished, entertaining narratives.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in YouTube or content production, ideally as a creator or working directly with creators.
• Proven success leading small, high-output creative teams in fast-moving environments.
• Deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, including pacing, titles, thumbnails, and narrative rhythm.
• Strong editorial instinct and ability to synthesize chaos into clarity.
• Ability to work onsite in Greenville, NC.
