What you will do

• Bring clarity to complexity by turning ambiguous challenges into focused problems and learning goals, surfacing assumptions and unknowns.
• Lead incubators end-to-end, designing and running time-boxed sessions with clear purpose, fast learning, and tangible outputs.
• Design proportionate experiments, tests, and discovery activities; make ideas tangible through concepts, artefacts, or prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to align teams, unlock decisions, and drive progress together.
• Balance user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and operational reality with systems thinking.
• Build capability by shaping shared tools, methods, and practices to improve innovation processes.

Requirements

• Experience in product, innovation, or design roles focused on early-stage work with a track record of moving teams from vague challenges to clear next steps.
• Strong facilitation and workshop design experience.
• Hands-on experience working with research, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Portfolio showing early concepts, artefacts, or prototypes with good judgement on fidelity.
• Curiosity about better tools, methods, and ways of working.
• Skills in sound judgement in ambiguity, strategic thinking, group leadership, applied discovery, clear communication, cross-functional influence, and delivery-focused mindset.
