TL;DR

Senior Group Product Manager (Driver Information & Safety Experiences): Lead team shaping instrument clusters, HUD, vehicle health diagnostics, and safety warnings with an accent on seamless integration, personalization, and customer trust. Focus on defining product roadmaps, balancing tradeoffs between consumer needs, regulations, and business goals, and driving data-informed execution across engineering, design, and safety teams.

Location: Hybrid in Milford, Michigan; Mountain View, California; or Warren, Michigan (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $178,800–$322,500

What you will do

  • Lead product managers across cluster displays, HUD, vehicle health/maintenance/prognostics, and safety experiences for seamless integration.
  • Define prioritization, visualization, and personalization of driver information from daily driving to high-performance scenarios.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, design, safety, and legal to align stakeholders and shape immersive technologies.
  • Monitor trends, data, and market analysis to prioritize roadmaps spanning privacy, data collection, and consent experiences.
  • Drive data-driven culture, establish metrics, and measure solution health and usefulness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years people leadership experience
  • 8+ years product management or similar
  • 10+ years tech or automotive software industry experience
  • Proven ability balancing consumer needs, legal/regulatory requirements, and business objectives
  • Expertise in data-informed decision-making, risk assessment, and structured narratives
  • Strong communication and storytelling for complex concepts across stakeholders
