What you will do
- Monitor ticket queues and troubleshoot customer-reported issues related to the cloud platform.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and support workflows.
- Configure and fine-tune monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with senior team members on deep-dive root cause analysis.
- Create and update internal runbooks and customer-facing knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools to enhance diagnostic capabilities and service reliability.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in customer-facing technical support.
- Administration experience in Linux, including knowledge of storage and networking subsystems.
- Basic knowledge of OpenStack technologies (MySQL, OVS, RabbitMQ, hypervisors, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong experience in Kubernetes, including cluster administration, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with public cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Basic knowledge of Docker and CKA certification.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong incident management experience.
