What you will do

• Define analytical frameworks for content performance evaluation across all Beast YouTube channels and translate findings into actionable creative recommendations.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses on videos, identify patterns in clickability and watchability, and present insights to leadership.
• Own weekly performance reporting, build dashboards using AI tools, and maintain roll-up reports on trends and growth.
• Monitor YouTube algorithm changes, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Build feedback loops with creative, ideation, thumbnail, production, and editing teams to ensure data insights drive actions.
• Direct and develop a team of two Analysts, setting priorities and establishing high-velocity workflows.

Requirements

• Deep native-level fluency with YouTube platform, algorithm, and key metrics like clickability, watchability, and satisfaction.
• Experience working with top creators or running channels yourself.
• High proficiency with spreadsheets, SQL, dashboards, and AI tools for analysis without engineering support.
• Ability to present complex data persuasively to creative leaders and drive action.
• Experience managing or directing junior analysts while maintaining personal high output.
• Obsession with YouTube and passion for keeping the platform's biggest creator at #1.
