What you will do

• Ideate, create, and maintain on-chain and off-chain projects including smart contracts, SDKs, and utility programs.
• Collaborate with business development and sales to influence project direction.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish high standards in software design and documentation.
• Engage with the developer community to build tailored SDKs, tools, and documentation.

Requirements

• English proficiency essential for team and external communication.
• Minimum 4 years software engineering experience with shipped products.
• Expertise in Rust strongly preferred; experience with large-scale, safety-critical systems a plus.
• Smart contract/blockchain or backend experience in low-level languages (Rust/C++).
• Familiarity with Solidity, Python, Typescript; thrive in fast-paced startup DeFi environment.
• Strong communication, mentoring ability, and readiness for on-call rotations.
