What you will do

• Develop and maintain embedded controls co-simulation applications using C# and .NET.
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of major feature enhancements for cloud and desktop environments.
• Collaborate with system leads to identify, capture, and refine complex system requirements.
• Lead small agile teams through the full software development life cycle, including code and test case reviews.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific platform or application components.
• Establish and communicate software community best practices.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in OOP and C#/.NET framework.
• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle software engineering.
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering (MS preferred).
• Proven experience leading agile teams as a Scrum Manager, Scrum Leader, or Product Owner.
• Background in ASAM, Modelica FMI/SSP, and SAE standards for simulation and controls.
• Understanding of the automotive controls lifecycle and embedded programming.

Nice to have

• Experience with C, C++, Java, or Python programming.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and LLMs applied to engineering problems.
