TL;DR

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Office-Based, Hybrid, or Remote)

What you will do

  • Design and architect backend services focused on stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Implement robust backend solutions using .NET (C#) and modern development best practices.
  • Optimize existing services and ensure reliability through comprehensive unit testing.
  • Integrate DevOps principles and enhance fully automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless production delivery.
  • Mentor colleagues and share engineering expertise within the cross-functional team.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to define technical direction and guide platform adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend software development with .NET (C#).
  • Strong proficiency in C# testing frameworks, data structures, and OOP principles.
  • Experience working with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) for office/hybrid options.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application design.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and modern DevOps workflows.
