What you will do
- Design and architect backend services focused on stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Implement robust backend solutions using .NET (C#) and modern development best practices.
- Optimize existing services and ensure reliability through comprehensive unit testing.
- Integrate DevOps principles and enhance fully automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless production delivery.
- Mentor colleagues and share engineering expertise within the cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with internal partners to define technical direction and guide platform adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in backend software development with .NET (C#).
- Strong proficiency in C# testing frameworks, data structures, and OOP principles.
- Experience working with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) for office/hybrid options.
- Resume must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application design.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and modern DevOps workflows.
