What you will do

• Own end-to-end production management for brand campaigns, creator collabs, social drops, retail integrations, and experiential stunts
• Build and manage a team of producers, coordinators, and production managers; design roles and implement production standards
• Develop scalable systems for timelines, budgeting, approvals, logistics, and delivery
• Lead vendor sourcing, contract management, and quality control with external partners
• Collaborate with Viral Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams on feasibility, resourcing, and execution
• Manage budgets, workflows, and proactive communication to resolve blockers

Requirements

• 10+ years leading production for creative, content, or brand marketing teams
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning to execution
• Builder's mindset with experience developing and scaling teams, systems, and workflows
• Deep understanding of fast-paced creative teams, budget management, and vendor oversight
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and leadership under pressure
• Must be based in Greenville, NC or open to relocation
