App Engineer (Flutter)

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 70,000 yearly

What you will do

• Build and ship high-impact features and improvements for the AY App using Dart and Flutter.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and designers to implement new components and features.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical debt and build internal tools to enhance team productivity.
• Contribute to team process improvements through regular agile retrospectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of programming experience, including at least 2 years of app development.
• Extensive experience in Flutter and general frontend development across multiple frameworks.
• Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
• Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Proficiency in working in an English speaking environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Design awareness and ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment.
• Expertise in UI and Animation development.
