What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a mobile team of 6 developers, ensuring their professional growth and motivation.
• Execute hands-on development for approximately 80% of your time, designing and maintaining mobile applications.
• Drive key technical and architectural decisions and perform code reviews to ensure quality.
• Analyze requirements, estimate delivery timelines, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure intuitive and user-friendly solutions.
• Maintain a continuous delivery environment and manage app publishing to Google Play and the App Store.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter & Dart.
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Tech Lead role.
• Experience with native mobile development and publishing apps to major stores.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, and DRY principles.
• Hands-on experience with REST API, JSON, HTTP, WebSockets, Firebase, and Analytics SDKs.
• Proficiency with state management tools like Provider, BLoC, or GetX.
