What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues across desktop, laptop, and mobile platforms.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and asset inventories.
- Monitor and resolve service desk tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring high customer service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and billing cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Experience supporting users in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and remote support tools like BeyondTrust or TeamViewer.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Location: Ability to work onsite in Shanghai, China.
