What you will do

• Audit customer accounts, billing records, and financial data to identify errors, inconsistencies, or overdue balances
• Conduct root-cause analysis of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Manage collections activities, including customer outreach for outstanding invoices and payment plans
• Monitor aging reports, track collection progress, and ensure timely resolutions
• Prepare and analyze financial and audit reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with accounting, billing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and policies while supporting month-end processes
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to reduce outstanding balances
