What you will do

• Analyze external healthcare datasets (DataSUS, ANAHP, Clarivate) for market size, share, and growth opportunities.
• Consolidate sell-in/sell-out data to monitor distributor performance, inventory, and commercial efficiency.
• Validate case reports and build clinical activity dashboards tracking procedure trends and product adoption.
• Support sales forecasting, demand modeling, and order lifecycle monitoring.
• Develop financial analyses, business cases, and profitability dashboards for product launches and investments.
• Create automated visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Excel for cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• English required; Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related.
• 2+ years in healthcare datasets, commercial analytics, or BI (MedTech preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced), data modeling.
• Experience with market/procedure data sources like DataSUS, ANAHP, Clarivate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with data.
• Willingness to work onsite in Sao Paulo with 15%+ travel across Latin America.

Nice to have

• Spanish proficiency.
• Familiarity with LATAM cultural and commercial differences.
