What you will do

• Participate in design sessions to assess feature risks, dependencies, and impacts.
• Create and execute end-to-end test plans covering edge cases and integrations.
• Balance manual exploratory testing with automated testing.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, Playwright, and Selenium integrated into CI/CD.
• Manage and update regression test suites to prevent test rot.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define quality standards in SDLC.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software QA for complex web applications, both manual and automated.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and Experience Cloud for QA activities.
• High proficiency in Python; hands-on with Playwright and Selenium frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for impact analysis on dependencies and legacy code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Jira, Postman/Pytest.
• Clear documentation skills and proactive communication.
