What you will do

  • Act as the highest level of technical support for healthcare imaging clients.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and technical issues across healthcare imaging systems.
  • Implement software solutions across cloud-based, virtual, and physical environments.
  • Manage integrations with PACS, RIS/HIS, EMRs, and other third-party healthcare IT solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to internal knowledge-base content.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful installations and timely resolution of service requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing PACS or similar Healthcare IT software.
  • Deep understanding of DICOM, HL7, and IHE standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare.
  • Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, VPNs), SQL Server, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Ruby/Perl).
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
