What you will do

• Learn driver safety course expectations from instructor guides, rules, and administrative materials.
• Attend NSC driver safety courses state-wide covertly as a participant, engaging fully in class activities.
• Observe and record instructor performance on contract compliance, administrative processes, classroom management, and curriculum delivery.
• Complete Instructor Observation Evaluation forms and written summaries within 24 hours of each monitoring.
• Attend scheduled training, retraining, seminars, and development discussions as required.
• Perform related duties, make decisions, and ensure reporting integrity using program knowledge and judgment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter able to work independently with strong initiative, time management, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Travel required (in-state), must have own transportation; prolonged sitting
