What you will do

• Deploy and support healthcare IT products effectively and collaboratively within the Technical Support Services team.
• Lead the team in delivering outstanding customer service for medical imaging solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to conduct technology, architecture, and stakeholder assessments.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and peripheral equipment used by clients.
• Ensure quality objectives are met through rigorous attention to detail during product implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in customer support.
• Required knowledge of Healthcare Integration standards: HL7, DICOM, and IHE.
• Proficiency in SQL, PHP, HTML, XML, and Shell scripting (bash, Ruby, or Perl).
• Strong technical skills in Windows Server, VMWare, Active Directory, and Networking (IPv4, NAT, VLAN, VPN).
• Ability to use network sniffing tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Mirth Connect integration engine.
• Knowledge of VMWare vSphere core products (ESXi, vCenter) or Hyper-V.
• Experience with storage protocols (FC, NFS, DAS, NAS) and disk array design.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) setup using BackupExec, NAS, or Cloud.
