What you will do

• Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on potential investments.
• Review offering memoranda, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Conduct market research and analysis for investment presentations.
• Prepare high-caliber slide decks.
• Perform market due diligence including sale comps, lease comps, and trends.
• Organize and maintain the acquisitions pipeline.
• Provide administrative support to acquisitions and finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting (plus); MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
• Proficiency in real estate underwriting and quantitative spreadsheet analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal oversight in a team environment.
