What you will do

• Drive AI experimentation by staying current with LLMs, agents, and architectures, building proof-of-concepts, and translating research into production improvements.
• Enhance agent performance through optimized prompting, tool usage, planning, orchestration, and iteration based on real-world data.
• Build evaluation frameworks, test datasets, and metrics to rigorously measure and ensure repeatable agent improvements.
• Work hands-on in the agent codebase modifying prompts, model configurations, workflows, and tool integrations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers for reliable deployment, observability, and incorporation of domain knowledge from customer use cases.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in software engineering, preferably Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, or AI agents.
• Ability to run experiments, iterate quickly, and solve complex problems.
• Strong debugging skills and comfort working directly in production codebases.
• Curious fast learner who proactively follows AI developments and ships prototypes rapidly.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG systems, agent frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock.
• Exposure to reinforcement learning, LLM fine-tuning, or representation learning.
• Background in math, physics, or analytical fields.
