What you will do

• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Maintain accurate asset records within the CMDB in adherence to ITIL-based standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT Experience Services, HR, Finance) for asset data and cost tracking.
• Perform inventory audits and asset reconciliations to identify and escalate risks.
• Develop and update SOPs and knowledge articles related to asset management processes.
• Support tool implementations and system enhancements through testing and data validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow asset management.
• ITIL and ITSM certifications and knowledge of SACM best practices.
• Hands-on experience provisioning and troubleshooting Windows and Mac laptops.
• Deep understanding of endpoint product lifecycles and hardware efficiency evaluation.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Alameda, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract and vendor management.
• Knowledge of IT security principles related to asset management.
