What you will do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Shopify stores, ensuring security, functionality, and performance.
  • Manage product listings, inventory, collections, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and paid social campaigns.
  • Conduct regular site audits and implement theme or app customizations to improve user experience.
  • Optimize the customer journey from landing page to checkout to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as sales, traffic, AOV, and LTV to derive actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
  • Proven track record of growing e-commerce revenue and improving key performance metrics.
  • Deep practical knowledge of the Shopify admin, theme customization, and the app ecosystem.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, email marketing, and paid social.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and CRO best practices.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating.
  • Proficiency with tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, GemPages, PageFly, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience in a DTC brand environment.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design principles using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with international e-commerce including multi-currency and tax configurations.
