Application Specialist (Medical Imaging)

What you will do

• Conduct webinars, workshops, and presentations to demonstrate products and provide pre-sales technical expertise.
• Create training materials, videos, user manuals, and technical documentation.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and training to clients and distributors.
• Interface between clients and development team to forward suggestions for product enhancements.
• Participate in product development feedback loop and quality assurance.
• Assist with product setup, trade show demonstrations, and client meetings at conferences.

Requirements

• Experience as a radiology technologist or similar clinical role with deep understanding of medical imaging challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or similar field.
• 2+ years of demonstration or training experience (remote and in-person), preferably in software.
• Located in Europe.
• Strong presentation skills with sales ability; proficient in Microsoft Office and IT.
• Able to travel occasionally for client demos and trade shows.
