What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and resources, leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance on product requirements, software architecture, technology selection, and performance optimization.
• Act as liaison between technical and business teams, communicating status, risks, and translating concepts effectively.
• Research and adapt best practices for marketplaces, leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, and use SQL queries for data-driven insights.
• Foster collaborative culture through demos, knowledge transfers, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related; Master’s or PMP/Agile certifications preferred
• Minimum 4 years in technical project management or deep engineering with business aptitude
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, Node, Next.js, Figma
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, latest tech trends, performance optimization, and cross-team collaboration
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving under pressure
