What you will do
- Shape strategic vision for Performance Marketing, aligning with company and game goals through cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and develop teams in Performance Marketing, ASO, and CRM, fostering autonomy and growth.
- Build measurement frameworks, governance, and operational systems for high performance.
- Partner with Game Leads, Marketing, Data, Finance to drive data-informed, scalable strategies.
- Oversee global media strategy, CRM as growth lever, and AI integration for campaigns and automation.
- Push bold initiatives, manage risks, and empower team success.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership in performance marketing/media with track record in high-scale global teams.
- Deep knowledge of UA, product dynamics, data-driven strategy, and analytics.
- Portfolio experience managing marketing across multiple games at various lifecycle stages.
- Strong business acumen connecting marketing to commercial outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
- Player-first mindset and passion for games and building lasting systems.
