Location: Fully remote. Must be able to work standard business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.

What you will do
- Design static ads for paid social channels balancing brand and conversion principles
- Translate briefs and performance data into effective visuals with strategic interpretation
- Iterate variants quickly based on feedback and data for client account optimization
- Collaborate with strategists and managers to align on visual directions
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients while enabling creative testing
- Contribute to brainstorms, concepting for campaigns, and stay ahead of platform trends
Requirements
- 2+ years designing paid social creative for eCommerce/DTC brands
- Strong portfolio of conversion-focused static ads
- Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of ad specs for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
- Data-informed mindset focused on performance metrics and iteration
- Strong communication, organization, time-management under tight timelines

- Agency experience across multiple DTC brands
- Direct response/performance marketing design
- Creative analytics tools like Motion or Foreplay
- AI tools for design workflow (Claude, Nano Banana)
- Motion design or video editing (After Effects, CapCut)
- Asana or similar project management
