TL;DR
Designer (Performance Creative): Creating high-converting paid media assets and landing pages for a global fintech platform with an accent on data-driven design and A/B testing. What you will do
- Design and produce paid media assets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to build and iterate on a structured creative testing roadmap.
- Maintain and optimize App Store listing visuals for iOS and Android across APAC and ME markets.
- Build high-converting landing pages in collaboration with developers and CRO specialists.
- Localize creative assets to adapt tone, imagery, and messaging for diverse regional audiences.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative decisions to scale or iterate campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- 3β6 years of design experience with a portfolio focused on paid media, ASO, or acquisition landing pages.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics like CPA and conversion rates.
- Experience managing multiple briefs in parallel while maintaining high quality.
- Strong communication skills to explain creative decisions based on performance outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries.
- Motion design skills (After Effects) for short-form video and social-native formats.
- Familiarity with ASO tools and A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page implementation.
