What you will do

• Build trusted client partnerships through strategic communications in biopharma
• Lead integrated programs across corporate, clinical, and commercial phases including product launches
• Translate objectives into actionable PR, investor, media, brand, digital, and creative strategies
• Manage teams, operations, budgets, profitability, and organic growth opportunities
• Drive new business via RFPs, pitches, and prospect meetings
• Develop materials like press releases, pitches, investor decks, and thought leadership content
• Coordinate media relations, secure coverage, and prepare executives for interviews and events

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years in healthcare communications/PR at agency serving pharma, biotech, or med device clients
• Bachelor's in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, or related
• Track record managing PR programs from clinical development to commercialization
• Experience with FDA regulations, clinical trials, investor comms, and regulated product launches
• Proven team leadership, people management, and business acumen including budgets and new business
• Strategic thinking to solve complex scientific/regulatory challenges; exceptional communication skills
