What you will do

Implement testing best practices to ensure complete testing of large-scale IVR applications.
Mentor the QA team in industry best practices and strategies.
Identify areas for automation and develop corresponding automation scripts.
Manage IVR application and environment operations.
Develop and execute IVR test plans and functional test sets via voice and other methods.
Improve test documentation and auditing practices.

Requirements

Strong background in QA strategies, planning, test case writing, and execution.
Proven experience in QA mentoring.
Familiarity with test automation tools, specifically Cyara.
Proficiency with JUnit, JMeter, and Selenium.

Nice to have

Familiarity with IVR applications, including speech and DTMF systems.
Experience with major Asian or European languages.
Knowledge of J2EE (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF) and Tomcat.
