What you will do

• Support ecosystem strategy and growth of new/existing Web3 partnerships and projects
• Create demo videos, Twitter threads, tutorials, blog posts to promote hirify.global Chain
• Improve developer experience via tooling, tutorials, and documentation
• Contribute to technical design and implementation of new products and protocols
• Coordinate and participate in workshops, meetups, hackathons, and conferences worldwide

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with startups/scale-ups, notably in Web3 developer relations
• Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, Layer 1 landscape, and Cosmos app ecosystem
• Experience with Rust, TypeScript, Golang
• Business-level blockchain/Web3 knowledge, ability to differentiate Cosmos
• Analytical skills for KPIs, communication of value proposition, multitasking
• Comfort with ambiguity, self-starter mindset
• Experience with internet culture, memes, Discord, Twitter
• Excellent English (written/oral)
