• Regularly update and interact to keep community engagement lively.
• Lead organization and implementation of community events to deepen connections.
• Act as a role model with proactive, optimistic engagement including memes and discussions.
• Spot and elevate key members contributing to community expansion.
• Promote and reward positive behavior within the community.

Requirements

• History of spearheading and expanding community projects in top-tier Layer 1 blockchains, DeFi protocols, or NFT ecosystems.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing Web3 communities.
• Proven success in executing community growth strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global's blockchain tech stack, ecosystem stakeholders, and projects.
• Competent in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Deep understanding of latest Web3 trends and dynamics.
