What you will do

• Analyze website metrics with guidance from the Web Analytics team
• Assist in interviewing target audience members, including scheduling, discussion guides, and response analysis
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for clients
• Contribute research, insights, and strategy recommendations to the pitch process
• Craft user personas based on qualitative and quantitative research
• Create conversion rate optimization plans and recommendations
• Assist in monthly reports and analysis for marketing

Requirements

• Marketing background from college or real-world experience
• Passionate, positive attitude and willingness to learn digital marketing basics for strategic recommendations
• Ability to ask right questions, pursue data intensely, and add clarity to situations
• Understanding of usability, design, psychology, and web analytics
• Knowledge of site visitors and their actions
• Clear communication skills in person, phone, and writing
• Proactive and independent problem identification
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office or Apple equivalents (Keynote, Numbers)
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
