What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity product workstream, managing multiple security products aligned to enterprise control and risk objectives
• Oversee and coach a team of product managers in outcome-based delivery framework
• Drive discovery and framing of cybersecurity problems with data-driven, scalable solutions
• Build enterprise-level roadmaps across security domains like cloud, application, data, network, and SaaS
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and risk teams to implement integrated security controls
• Identify reuse opportunities and act as escalation point for delivery challenges

Requirements

• Extensive digital product management experience, leading multiple products or workstreams
• Proven experience managing and mentoring product managers or cross-functional teams
• Strong background in cybersecurity domains (cloud, application, data, network, or SaaS security)
• Experience with product discovery, backlog management, roadmaps, and outcome-based delivery
• Ability to translate security requirements into scalable solutions
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
