What you will do
- Create boundary-pushing motion design for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage the end-to-end motion design process including storyboarding, editing, animation, and rendering.
- Present creative concepts to clients with clear rationales for design choices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize social and digital art direction.
- Lead design critiques and workshops to elevate team creative standards.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional motion design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Figma.
- Experience designing and animating for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of channel-specific ad unit specs and creative requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in A+ content design or 3D animation.
- Background in Amazon creative execution or brand store design.
