Air Pricing Associate

Focus on coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, resolving pricing issues, and driving profitability through accurate database management and process improvements.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end pricing solutions by procuring rates from vendors and recording them in databases for account teams.
• Fulfill dynamic pricing requests for fixed and spot rates, following up with customers to boost conversions.
• Act as first point of contact for pricing issues, triaging requests, resolving escalations, and monitoring communications.
• Drive regional growth by ensuring rate accuracy, mitigating revenue leakage, and identifying pricing improvements.
• Contribute to process enhancements, master internal tools, and support procurement and vendor audits across geographies.

Requirements

• BA/BS and 2-3 years of related work experience in operations, procurement, or technology in logistics.
• Knowledge of imports/exports from sales, operational, or procurement perspective.
• Experience building vendor relationships and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel; basic programming a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
