What you will do

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to governance standards.
• Establish project goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business priorities and client requirements.
• Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to optimize utilization and meet project demands.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and timelines.
• Monitor project KPIs such as cost, schedule, and quality, providing transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote PMO standards and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and value delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex projects in professional services or technology-led environments.
• Strong operational and delivery acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and MS Project for the Web.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
