What you will do

• Develop responsive HTML/CSS email templates optimized across various devices, inboxes, and platforms.
• Implement dynamic and personalized content using ESP data integrations and automation workflows.
• Translate Figma and Adobe designs into production-ready templates with high pixel accuracy.
• Maintain and evolve component-based template libraries to improve speed and consistency.
• Conduct advanced QA using tools like Litmus and Email on Acid to validate rendering and functionality.
• Collaborate with CRM managers and designers to optimize email infrastructure and workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience coding responsive emails using HTML/CSS, media queries, and table-based layouts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs, specifically Iterable or Klaviyo.
• Proficiency with email QA and rendering tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or PolyPane.
• Strong understanding of email accessibility standards and deliverability best practices.
• Experience with dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
