TL;DR

Email Developer: Build and maintain dynamic, personalized email templates and manage ESP systems with an accent on deliverability, responsive design, and cross-client compatibility. Focus on QA testing across devices, automation workflows, API integrations, and ensuring SPF/DKIM/DMARC compliance.

Location: Hybrid in Larnaca, Cyprus (up to 2 days remote per week)

What you will do

• Manage ESP systems including templates, automation workflows, endpoints, and testing tools like Litmus and Email on Acid.
• Build and maintain dynamic email templates with conditional content and personalized elements.
• Conduct QA to ensure emails render correctly across devices and clients.
• Ensure email deliverability through SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and spam checks.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns while maintaining consistent branding.
• Stay updated on emerging email technologies and trends to apply in operations.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and responsive design.
• Experience with ESPs, template management, automation, and API integration.
• Knowledge of email deliverability standards and testing tools.
• Comfortable with multi-language and multi-regulation content.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
