Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, Pacific Time Zone (PST))
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 USD

What you will do
- Handle customer calls and email inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and resolve high-priority customer escalations and complex process issues.
- Guide customers through the website and provide expert product knowledge.
- Develop customized, creative solutions for customer problems.
- Prioritize daily tasks and manage ad-hoc projects to maximize efficiency.
- Continuously improve overall customer experiences through additional training.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer experience, preferably in e-commerce or startups.
- Proficiency with ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for phone, email, and chat.
- Strong passion for health and wellness science.
- Availability to work 9am-6pm PST, including at least one weekend day (Sunday-Thursday schedule).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
