What you will do

• Lead and support Patient Advocates via performance management, coaching, QA, and development
• Set expectations, use data for feedback, and drive results
• Coach underperformers and develop high-potentials into leaders
• Partner cross-functionally to represent the team's voice and escalate issues with solutions
• Analyze trends, refine processes, and shape policies/SOPs
• Manage patient escalations and collaborate with other managers for consistency

Requirements

• Experience in Patient Advocacy, Support, or adjacent operational role
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or project management experience
• Strong grasp of support metrics (ticket solves, QA, CSAT, handle time)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
• Track record of accountability and results-driven problem-solving
• Passion for patient care, service excellence, and team growth

Nice to have

• Previous experience managing a team in fast-paced environment
• Cross-functional or strategic initiatives experience
• Familiarity with Zendesk, healthcare EMR, or similar tools
• Interest in broader leadership roles
