Salary: $56,000 - $96,000

What you will do
- Lead and support Patient Advocates via performance management, coaching, QA, and development
- Set expectations, use data for feedback, and drive results
- Coach underperformers and develop high-potentials into leaders
- Partner cross-functionally to represent the team's voice and escalate issues with solutions
- Analyze trends, refine processes, and shape policies/SOPs
- Manage patient escalations and collaborate with other managers for consistency
Requirements
- Experience in Patient Advocacy, Support, or adjacent operational role
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or project management experience
- Strong grasp of support metrics (ticket solves, QA, CSAT, handle time)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
- Track record of accountability and results-driven problem-solving
- Passion for patient care, service excellence, and team growth
Nice to have
- Previous experience managing a team in fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional or strategic initiatives experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk, healthcare EMR, or similar tools
- Interest in broader leadership roles
