What you will do

• Calculate and execute event budgets for offline, online, co-marketing, and external events.
• Coordinate content, design, UX, and promotional campaigns with internal teams.
• Prepare plans, briefings, and deliverables for event approval and execution.
• Search, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and event service providers.
• Handle community involvement, sponsorships, customer travel, and invitations.
• Execute online events including landing pages, software, and broadcasts.
• Manage event support on social platforms and channels.
• Support company participation in external events and partner activities.
• Generate ideas for brand merchandise, SWAG, and promotional initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and conversational English.
• 3+ years of event management experience, preferably on global markets.
• Knowledge of global event services market and management methodologies.
• Ability to negotiate favorable terms and find creative solutions.
• Desire to deep dive into IT.
