What you will do

• Own full event lifecycle for 40+ events annually, from booth booking and vendor coordination to post-event debriefs.
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Design, HR, and Marketing on unified timelines and processes.
• Manage team logistics including travel, accommodation, transfers, and visas.
• Track and report event budgets with live plan vs. actuals.
• Build comprehensive event management playbook for conferences, trade shows, and webinars.

Requirements

• 2+ years running B2B events, conferences, or trade shows end-to-end
• Experience managing multiple events simultaneously without issues.
• Strong budget ownership and financial reporting skills.
• English B2+ for direct communication with international vendors
• Ready to travel for in-person events

Nice to have

• FinTech, Payments, or SaaS event experience.
• Background at B2B agency building event processes.
